You do not have to load any software on your computer. Everything works through your Netscape or Microsoft browser (3.0 or higher release).
With Patient Net a retirement home can:
- Enter bed & room availability projections up to 7 days.
- Enter wait list times, if appropriate.
- Define room types and availability: single, studio, shared, 1 br. 2 br. townhouses etc.
- Respond to a hospital e-mail request to reserve a specific room type. Patient background data is included.
- Receive medical records in a secure, encrypted format from a hospital.
- Choose to display to hospitals the actual number of available rooms or just a simple yes/no of available rooms.
- Maintain and update contacts at hospitals for e-mails and phone numbers.
- Management reports display: average # of open rooms over time, # of residents received by hospital, by week/month.
